JEAN-PAUL MORALES (Sean) is a Bronx, NYC native, who has been performing since he was 15 years old. He’s excited to take part in the Sam French OOB Short Festival.
JOSHUA STER (Austin) is an actor, model, and director here in NYC. Bringing queer stories to the stage is one of his passions, and he’s beyond excited to bring this gem of a piece to life. Enjoy!

SHIRA GORELICK (Playwright/Director) is an East Los Angeles-based writer who splits her time between LA and NYC. She is a contributing writer at Lilith Magazine and a literary fellow at The Braid, where she connected with the founders of the play collective JewFace through which Yom Kippur Abortion was developed.
ELLA STILLER (Nova) is a recent graduate of The Juilliard School. She is a fierce advocate for reproductive justice and is thrilled to perform Shira’s piece.
CARLA KATZ (Mel) is an actor, writer, and award-winning comic storyteller. She is also a labor lawyer, women’s rights activist and a proud Jewish mother. carlakatz.com
JEWFACE (Creative Producers) founded by Casey J. Adler and Yvonne Cone, is the LA-based developmental wing of ShPIel Performing Identity, incubating new short plays about taboos in Jewish culture.
